Chad's solicitor practice focuses on four main areas: commercial law matters, specifically tax-driven reorganizations and the purchase or sale of businesses; real estate transactions, including the associated financings; oil and gas matters, including joint venture investment arrangements, mineral and surface leasing matters and the acquisition and divestiture of production and working interests; and estate planning matters.
